¶ we are here at home. after area kolaborativa, after finding a new job, after transmediale, after berlin, after going away and staying here. after winter. before green spring. but after all now it is 14 days holidays. before the 1st of march when i start to be a worker. this is how they call me in the contract. the she-worker. and this is what i love. thinking, writing, curating, redifineing will stay in the domain of freelancing and free time and free work. like an open source programmer. he he he.

YESS! I AM ON LINUX. ON MY DESKTOP A PENGUIN IS HUGGING AN APPLE.
it lasted two days for backup, and three days for installing. i could say everything works. even suspend! but its different and it is becoming nicer :). really nicer.

here we go. back to the future.
back to the future. this is one of those jingjang proverbs. it's a fact how process is sometimes generated. life is dissolved. attitudes are lived. (20:49)

Dunja - I found you!

Having lost your e-mail long I ago I feared you would become another memory from the past intangible. But here I was sick and staying home from work when I decided to google your name and There You Were - I even spelled your name wrong and it said "Do you mean KokoVEC?"

How are you? I read parts of your blog and also see that your working at the museum. That's wonderful! What is coming up in the future?

I am in Buffalo and working as a high school English teacher. The building itself is beautiful - red limestone
- and was built in 1901 - hey that's old for over here!

Dan and I are still running the theater and every year it is getting better. We are currently working on a production of Anthony Neilson's "Normal" about Peter Kurten who was the ripper of the east. Fritz Lang's M was also based on him. It has some fun vaudeville type moments. In the fall we preformed Sarah Kane's "Blasted" it seems a season of comtempory British drama.

But the big news is - Dan asked me to marry him! I was very surprised, even though we have been dating for five years I thought it would take another five - but here we planning away. It is going to be on the 12 of July Can you come? It's impossible? For our Honeymoon we are going to Ireland and the Up to Scotland for the Fringe festival - But we will be flying in and out of London? Will you be there for work or play by any chance?

I would love to see you sometime? How do you look now Is your hair long or short? Me my hair is darker, I'm the same height but lighter without all that czech beer!

Write soon!
Hope everthing is very well with you.

Love,
Melissa
