¶ in the middle of work. searching for some bios. sometimes i think art history is about biographies of people. it seems so ticklish to work with people's data - the process of input and output. in the meantime i find another great initiative. they are active since the early 1994. lineart makes me think of becoming exclusive at my work as a curator. i want all digital art to be exclusively made in an open attitude. besides it was not so rarely that i have read an idea about the art that could be our everyday troubleshooter. although i think this is way too much idealistic, i still think it's worth to act like this. also radical activism can look like 'useless' but on the contrary we would still be living in a feudalistic society. however, i am aware that after this proprietary age we won't live in a better place but just different. there will always be dark side of the moon and sunny side of the alps. black and white - the eternal coexistence. ¶ 5000 in ljubljana, 10.000 in zagreb, 500.000 in new york, 1 million in london, 3 millions in rome... we did it, we went on the street, we asked for humanity, equality and piece. how oldschool, but so necessary. again. the weird thing happend at the demonstration on the 15 of February. first of all i would say this wasn't just some demonstration, it was a calm walk for us all. and than i saw a guy walking with scribled poster that said 'down with husein'. i was shoked, ironicaly asking him if he missed the que, but he answered to me: madam, aren't we all here for piece. instead of argueing i tried to continue, asking myself how come that people don't value and colerrate properly, how come that they make misplaced assumptions so regulary. the question is not bush vs. husein, but the far more complex issue about absolutism, centralisation, power, control and privacy. the hidden enemy is always a fiction, this is why he is hidden. the fiction can be always missused for mass paranoia. and paranoia is always leading to wrong conclusions. this world looks like a big mistake. but at least there will be no more war. yes i do. i do believe. ¶ no violence. just one of the things i can think of while seeing irreversible. it is a movie that curves history of art. a movie that breaks and rewards. bravo no3! now i want to see more of such. at the end there is white light thunder. stroboscopy to dye for. ¶ it was a love week. i am so happy. the fact that he is coming back makes me euphoric. its time for a new roomate, a time for lover, a time to chitchat, learn, read, eat from eachother hands... :-) otherwise simply - a lot of work. a conference on extremly interesting issue will be happening at moderna in the coming weekend. we will both be there and you are all invited to discuss or just listen other opinions. the theme 'what does contemporary art demands from its institutions?' represents the arrow of recent issue on how to turn museum in a space for art, production and content users. and than extremly looking forward to go for inpotenza! to be continued...
