zak finally made me come back here. after a while of here and there. november started with a snow. multitasking continues. love is superlove.
i miss friends that are abroad. one is in canada, the other in india. they both stay there through the whole winter, maybe even longer.
and what is going on in my head? its all about authorship, collaboration and share. here is the draft for the exhibition i will be daringly curating in january. the art exhibition, which is challenging author and object. no author/no object.

AREA KOLABORATIVA

Rhizomatic look of technologically and economically overdeveloped north and partly south hemisphere is calling for critique and social (society) engagement. After a period of criticising postmodernism and a deviation from relativism the time for grand stories has reached again. Different positions of power and inequality of individual participation in society should be clearly examined.

Social worlds with new modes of communication are built by various creative practices developed in the time of post_digital hype. Art as something functional or as a collective experience. It is about content in the contrary to form and context.

The major theme of the exhibition is collaborative authorship: it tries
to redefine the term of artist as an individual and the notion of a
product as a final art-object. Exhibition about collaborative authorship is not dealing with the terms of closed community, group and its work, more or less it wants to show other modes of functioning and behaviour - the artists, authors, groups and even situations, which are able to establish open platforms. The platform should be used by each and various individuals; thus s/he is able to 'get' the clue role in social processes by co creation and fulfilment. While her/his individuality is dispersed over the net s/he confirms the presence and forms elite by influence, affect, and direct action. The subversion of exhibited works is in crossing the border - into everyday, from functionalism of form to functionalism of content. Autonomy and ideology are requestioned again.
